Q1 What was the status of your company’s international expansion at the beginning?

We already had business with a U.S. company, but we were unable to make good use of the U.S. personnel at our local subsidiary (sales).      

Also, we were about to start considering the establishment of a local plant to expand our US automotive business.               

Q2 Did the advice you received from Paccloa have a positive impact on your international expansion?

We were advised on the importance of conducting a feasibility study on the expansion of a local plant.

Based on this, our team was able to create and review plans for business profitability, investment, recruitment, organization, and so on.

We also reaffirmed the importance of paying attention to organizational structure (specialists) and labor issues in U.S. management.  

Q3 What did you think of the sometimes harsh advice?

Ms. Ogawa pointed out to us that we have a tendency to be too “haphazard” when we start a business, which is common in small businesses.

She also gave us some harsh advice on our website.

However, I would like to continue to receive your harsh advice.

Q4 Have you consulted with any other experts or consultants regarding international expansion?

I think that many of the other consultants are elderly and their sense of the times is often out of sync with ours.

Also, I think they are not suitable for training young people, because they do not teach them to think for themselves like Ms. Ogawa does.
