International expansion feasibility assessment
Based on the information you provide, we will prepare a 15-page diagnostic report on the potential for international expansion and ask you about it. This is a diagnostic report on the potential for international expansion, including your current position, the needs of international markets, the status of your international competitors, how to make the most of your company’s strengths, and strategies to avoid.

Meeting (Zoom)
At the meeting,
- Explanation of the international expansion feasibility report
- Additional hearing on your company’s (1) current status and initiatives, (2) thinking, and (3) direction
- If the content of the hearing expands the possibilities beyond the proposals in the diagnostic report, an explanation to that effect will be provided.
- If the content of the hearing reveals any new concerns, we will advise to that effect and how to avoid them.

After Go Global CHECK for International expansion
Go Global CHECK will only be offered to companies that have been diagnosed as being capable of international expansion, and will be offered either Go Global PRO or Go Global Pre-PRO as a continuing service. For companies that have difficulty with international expansion, we explain the reasons for the difficulty, points to be improved, and future measures.
If your company was diagnosed as being capable of international expansion but did not sign up for Global Go PRO, please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions, no matter how long it has been since your company was diagnosed.
