Q1 How was your company’s international expansion in the beginning?

We didn’t know what international expansion was, had never been out of the country, and didn’t know how to go about it.

Q2 Did the advice you received make any positive changes to your international expansion?

As a complete beginner, we were given step-by-step instructions on practical matters.
It was a miracle when we were able to respond to inquiries and orders from international customers and ship our products.

Q3 We often candidly point out our clients’ lack of awareness of the need to prepare for international expansion, but what did you think?

We did not think it was too harsh.
It is a matter of course.

Rather, we wanted to be told anything.
We wanted to absorb everything.

However, although some of the advice was harsh, we think I was given courage by the many compliments I received, such as, “Excellent! ” We think Paccloa gave us courage by praising us a lot.

Q4 Have you consulted with other experts or consultants regarding international expansion?

Yes, we have.

For us beginners, we needed not only general guidelines and advice, but also specific practical instructions, and Ms. Ogawa saw us as such and gave us specific guidance, sometimes adapting her perspective to ours.

Q5 What, if anything, has left a lasting impression on you?

My first impression was that she was super nice, like a model, even though many people who do this kind of work are old men or a little strange.

As it was, the sharpness was sharp.
