Q1 How was your company’s international expansion in the beginning?

We didn’t know what international expansion was, had never been out of the country, and didn’t know how to go about it.

It was a miracle when we were able to respond to inquiries and orders from international customers and ship our products.

Yes, we have.

For us beginners, we needed not only general guidelines and advice, but also specific practical instructions, and Ms. Ogawa saw us as such and gave us specific guidance, sometimes adapting her perspective to ours.

My first impression was that she was super nice, like a model, even though many people who do this kind of work are old men or a little strange.
