In July 2019, the Survey of Retail Stores and EC Sites in the 28 EU Countries（Guidebook on EU Sales Channel Development）was published.

Paccloa was responsible for the planning, structuring, research, writing, and editing of this guidebook.

To help those SMEs who want to sell their products to the countries of the European Union but don’t know what kind of retail stores already exist and what sort of products are popular, Paccloa compiled this approximately 150-page guidebook detailing information on ten retail and online stores for each of the 28 EU member countries (as of 2019). We also investigated a number of the competitors of all 280 stores and provide URLs for a total of 700-800 stores across countries of the EU.

It would bring us great joy if this Guidebook helps our SME clients to approach the EU region by aiding research on local needs or as a direct line to potential customers.
